Sanchez Art Center is offering a panoply of new workshops and classes this fall for adults, teens, and kids. Some favorites will continue, such as kids’ drawing with Celina Paul and “In the Brushstroke” for teens and adults with Janet Barker. New additions include photography with Edwin Hacking, some wonderful collage and textile classes with Kimberlie Moutoux, making mandalas and prayer arrows with Amy Sullivan, and the meditative drawing form called “Zentangle” with Cheryl Hankin—and one of the “Zentangle” classes is for families. For the digitally inclined, Jeannie Mecorney will teach an adults’ class, “Creating Art on Your Tablet.” Enroll in the art experience of your choice through Pacifica Parks, Beaches & Recreation, or on For more info and online enrollment links:, 650-738-2885.
