It's always good to see real activism on the streets. Young Pacificans from Oceana High School carried out an organized effort March 4 in very visible fashion, linking to a statewide Day of Action protesting school budget cuts. Oceana staff, parents, and supporters joined in the action. Will anything less than this suffice in stopping the disintegration of our society?
