I received a survey in the mail today from Congressman Vern Buchanan of Florida. Up on the top in the right-hand corner in small print it says "This Mailing was prepared, published and mailed at taxpayer expense." I have emailed him asking why. I would like to know why this is done; the expense should come from his party.
