Poor Tobin, he gets a folly named after him when developer after developer, with Doelger at the top of the fool-pile, has made mistakes orders of magnitude greater along the Daly City and Pacifica shoreline.

I've walked through that tunnel during low tide, and heads-up to everyone -- there's no chest of pirate treasure on the other side.
I can't tell you how disappointed I was. The map was nonrefundable, too!
