Alandrome: Fireworks at City Council

A timely message from Alan Wald, on assignment somewhere in the interior:

Per Riptide correspondent Lionel Emde's post on this site, if the Pacifica City Council decides to ban the sale of safe and sane pyrotechnics, Pacifica's palindrome-loving nonprofits will grumble:

    "Stark story: Pacifica pyro. Tsk, rats!"
