The San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® (SAMCAR) Foundation celebrated its 20th anniversary in style at the October 2nd Combined Tour meeting. Assemblyman Richard Gordon, who served as guest speaker for the gathering, surprised SAMCAR President-Elect (and 2012 Foundation Chair) Suzann Getchell-Wallace with a resolution from the California State Legislature commemorating the Foundation’s two decades of work benefitting housing-related causes throughout San Mateo County. The Resolution was also signed by, and heartfelt messages of congratulations received from, Assemblyman Jerry Hill and Senator Leland Yee.
