The couple arrested along with a third person for stealing a luxury yacht from a Sausalito marina and running the $3 million boat aground at Linda Mar State Beach has been released. The man and woman apparently didn't know the sailboat had been stolen earlier by the third party, who is still in custody, charged with grand theft. Officers found an empty pizza box, numerous empty beer bottles, and evidence of seasickness onboard the multimillion-dollar boat.
