Ricardo Colindres shot his pregnant ex-girlfriend in Pacifica last year. She and her baby survived. Colindres went on the lam and the Feds are still looking for him. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Alan Wald reports that accused embezzler Mark Sturm, who faces criminal charges and civil lawsuits related to his Coastside accounting businesses, failed to appear for his preliminary hearing March 29. The judge issued a bench warrant for Sturm's arrest, but Sturm turned himself in and now has a new preliminary hearing date set for Thursday, May 4 at 2 p.m.
