Luigi's Pizza, Pasta & Monday Night Specials

Luigi's offers a Monday night special at his Italian restaurant in Adobe Plaza on Linda Mar Boulevard. This is a complete family-style Italian dinner: soup, salad, pasta, and two surprise dinner entrees, all at one low price. Entrees are Luigi's choice, featuring the freshest and best ingredients of the day, and changing each Monday. "It's one of the best deals in town," says Frank Napolitano, a Luigi's regular. "Luigi`s is a great place to dine with your family and friends, or just make it a weekly neighborhood get-together. Four of us went to Luigi's for dinner. We ordered the Monday night family-style special and got minestrone soup, garlic bread, salad, pasta, roast chicken, mushroom pizza, almond cookies for dessert, and beverages. What a feast. Luigi varies the menu, so there are always different main courses each week. You have to try this place. Pass the word." Luigi's is open for lunch and dinner six days a week (closed Tuesday). Full menu, including pizza and pasta, is always available, including for takeout or free delivery. Say hi to Luigi, one of the original good guys in Pacifica.

Bud Light: Get a Genuine Neon Beer Sign

Our friend Bill Khoury of the late, lamented Sam's Deli in Linda Mar gave us his cool Bud Light neon beer sign when he closed up shop. Unfortunately, we have no space for this fine example of American advertising art (which is in good working order, as you can see from the photo above). We are eager to sell it to raise badly needed cash for Riptide.
