I am curious to know who repaved the roads in Pacifica a few years ago. Whoever it was did a horrible job. For example, look at Fassler. The asphalt layer is worn down in tire tracks. There is a section by Roberts Road that is essentially goneāthe entire width of one lane, not from tire wear, just peeled away. This is not wear and tear. It is poor product and/or workmanship. This was a waste of money. I think an investigation should be done to see if the work was done to specifications. If it was not, what can be done? If it was to specifications, who is responsible for the inadequate requirements? What is the accountability? It was a big job, expensive and now needing to be redone. What can our city attorney do? What a blunder.

You can check with city administration; they'll be able to point you in the right direction. Presumably there was a public bidding process -- what were the parameters guiding vendor selection?

Haha, you think that's bad. They just repaved our entire neighborhood (Manor), and they did a HORRIFIC job.
