As a homeowner in Pacifica, I am very concerned with the liability that the City of Pacifica has with Whole Energy digging a big hole without benefit of permits and being stopped by OSHA. Is it true that Scott Holmes is the "go to" man on this project? The same Scott Holmes (a former City employee who now represents/works for Whole Energy?) who used to go ahead with things in Pacifica with the answer that the grants would be coming (???) in the future so that everything "would be all right"? Is everything going to be all right?

please tell us what facts were not straight . . . the fact Whole Energy dug a trench without a proper permit and was issued a stop-work order by the city?
