Bullies are often victims of bullying in their own families. They have been abused - physically, emotionally, or sexually.

Why are bullies always depicted as bigger than their prey? And why is it always boys? Surely in this day and age the nature of bullies has less to do with size and gender and more to do with...? Anyone?
