It's nice to see that geolocation and wave uprush studies are requested. The location is 29 feet above sea level -- would it even last 100 years before waves overtake it? What about building a new library back of the valley, and instituting an electric transit bus so schoolchildren and folks without cars could participate in library activities? The library is going to be the voice for our community future -- let's not build it where it will get washed out by the ocean so soon.
