Yes!
Yesterday, I came to Sharp Park Beach, and picked up 11.5 lbs of trash, including approx 1.5 lbs or 35 pieces of blobs of tar. They range in size from a quarter to a small pancake. They are not sticky, but still very pliable and very aromatic.
