Waiver? I thought that was automatic for every ridiculous project that passes through the Hazzard County building department. Final stop is Boss Hogg's desk for monetary review.
I think the best way for this city to generate revenue would be a reality show called Stooges by the Sea.
Must have been some kind of waiver given to the new project at the Highway 1 entrance at Oceana and Monterey.
What the hell is going on there? $500 on another JC Engineering winner!

The waiver is to allow Zentner Co. to bypass the coastal development permitting process. If CCC staff recommends a waiver for this guy, what's to keep CCC staff from giving Caltrans a similar waiver for the highway widening?
