The labyrinth at Saint Edmund’s Church is available for all to enjoy as a place of peace and tranquility seven days a week. The gates open daily from 7 a.m. to dusk. The labyrinth is a metaphor for the spiritual journey as we search for the center and meaning of our lives. Since prehistoric times, the labyrinth has been a sacred path of meditation that confers real benefits to body and soul. It has been found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world. Saint Edmund's is at 1500 Perez Drive off Rosita Road in Linda Mar, Pacifica. Call 650-359-3364 for more information.

Before the new football field at Oceana High School, there was a labyrinth at the far end of the soccer field. It was laid out in rocks and broken concrete in the tall grass. You could see it only from up close or from the parking lot above. It was well maintained by any passersby who appreciated that kind of thing. Glad to hear there is another one in town.
