What I want to know is how you distract a potential robber? Congrats to the pharmacist for staying cool in this situation.

The blocky and lumpy body cladding, the weird hair additions, and most obviously, the weirdly triangular jaw.

I would expect that Pacifica Police detectives also have identified the logo -- and have contacted Nike to see if local sales of the sweatshirt bearing the particular design can be traced to point of purchase, as detectives on TV's Forensic Files often do.

The logo appears to be part of the Nike Air Pivot V3 clothing line.

I see three distinct letters: a "C" followed by a "D" that surrounds another "C". So, given the character of its wearer, a good guess would be the California Department of Corrections.
