Note that the reporter says Caltrans is thinking of building a 3-mile-long bridge as one way of fixing this slide.
Can California afford another Caltrans bridge project after the Bay Bridge fiasco?
As it is, taxpayers will be rebuilding the Bay Bridge in a decade or two, thanks to -- rust!
