Pacifica owns the library property in the back of Linda Mar Valley, where sea-level rise won't be a threat for a very long time. There is little threat from mold and sea-level rise, and no scented immovable* sewer poop output.
Pacifica owns part of the ocean shore location, where daily fog shortens book life with various molds and electronic circuits, the property line is affected by rapidly eroding coast (1 to 3 feet a year), rate of sea-level rise increases, and there's its very own immovable sewer poop outlet!
*If you spend enough money, anything is movable.
