Proposed rezoning and development of a vacant lot at Monterey and Waterford, next to the car wash, in Pacific Manor, went before the Pacifica Planning Commission in a study session, June 17. Public input was heard, but no action was taken. If approved, the general plan amendments and associated development permits would allow construction of a commercial-residential, mixed-use structure of up to 12 dwelling units on the 9,500-square-foot property.
