I'm sure our real estate-owned City Council will welcome this potential solution -- since their industry has contributed mightily to the problem.

Note: There are two potential homeless sites in Pacifica shown on the governor's map -- San Pedro Avenue across from Ace Hardware and the east side of Highway 1 between Vallemar and Rockaway. Other potential sites are in Montara and Moss Beach.
