This is a five-year-old posting that is being used today by Christine Boles to oppose a new development project on this site and it is generating comments that are disparaging of Javier Chavarria, a Pacifica resident and civil engineer.

The posting is in actuality unrelated to the current project but is being treated as addressing it. The renderings shown are not of the current project. The city press release does not pertain to the current project. The Vistamar website is not for the current project and it is hosted by Coldwell Banker, which has nothing to do with the current project. The title report posted does not represent the current owner or condition of title. And the reference to JC Engineering & Design, Inc. is about a company that is dissolved and no longer exists. None of the information posted is factually accurate to the current project.

The presence of this posting and the use of it to oppose the current project creates confusion in the public space.
