Beyond vicious for the neighborhood, but not unexpected from the developer- and contractor-favoring supes. Jam more people into an already overpopulated place with overdrawn resources and overloaded infrastructure--makes perfect sense to San Mateo County government. It's an ignorant but feel-good project for our county politicians and urbanization-pushing county bureaucrats in an area where none of them will have to suffer the many negative consequences personally.
