Oh boy, another fairly large development for our traffic-clogged, infrastructure-overwhelmed, resource-exhausted Midcoast. Continuing in the spirit of "if there is developer money involved and a concocted feel-good excuse, we are for it," county government adds to its huge mistakes in advancing such local disasters as Big Wave and the Cypress Point affordable-housing project. When it comes to sustainability and the quality of life for Midcoast residents, San Mateo County government fails every time.
