Make no mistake, this project is about imposing highway changes to further facilitate overdevelopment in Moss Beach, especially large county and developer-imposed projects like Big Wave and Cypress Point "affordable" housing. The bit about improving traffic flow is particularly onerous for those who live here, inasmuch as Moss Beach and Montara have the best (!) traffic flow of any stretch from Pacifica to Half Moon Bay. The use of the word "improvement" is ridiculous because all of the changes will make the highway through town worse, especially the various kinds of traffic plugs being suggested for the three intersections noted.
