Good to know there's reporting on the fecal overflow in Pacifica - - hopefully this type of problem will be resolved with some good planning in the near future.
Grass lawns. Is that still a thing in California, where current storms punctuate long-term drought?
How about replacing water-hungry exotic grasses with plants that grow here naturally?
