Rosalind Bakery's hoagie roll is featured in the sandwiches of the "Sweeney Ridge" food truck's offerings. We had sandwiches today and they were excellent, along with the interesting conversation I had with the owner, who gave us examples of the City of Pacifica discouraging food trucks. Pacifica, according to this man, really isn't interested in greater competition for food dollars, for lack of a better word. The Sweeney Ridge food truck is on the carwash lot in Edgemar on Waterford Street.
