Formerly dilapidated castoff Car 1409 from the defunct Ocean Shore Railway is being lovingly restored by Pacifica Historical Society (PHS) volunteers. Visit the PHS Coastside Museum in the Little Brown Church on Francisco Street, West Sharp Park, Pacifica, for information on volunteer work. Hours: Thursday and Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.
