COUNTY SUPES APPROVE HOUSING MEASURE

Oh goody. Let's jam more people, especially those of lesser means, into a county already grossly overpopulated, overpriced, and blatantly unsustainable in a reality-numbed quest to massage ourselves with manufactured oils of feel-good social consciousness.

But Boulding also said nothing fails like success because we don't learn from success, only from failure. That is obviously untrue in the case of public housing in the U.S. (including our hereabouts), which has a long history of serving to lock its "beneficiaries" into their lower economic status with no route out or up.
